Chudchada Place（初查达广场公寓） ★★

1/ Confusing name - the locals know the place by CHADCHADA instead of CHUDCHADA. Luckily, our driver make some calls and finally found the place 2/ COCKROACHES! - we found 2 of them in the room! 3/ Renovations ongoing - nothing we can doi about it..at least tell us earlier in the website 4/ Extra charges - yoo'll be charged extra 50b if you stained the towel, even if it's just a small spot of lipsticks

Everything as expected. It's a clearly a no-frills place, close to the train and minibus stations, good to stay for the night before a journey the following day. Staff friendly enough and speaks acceptable English, room fairly spacious, with a small fridge. Check-in and check-out a bit lengthy. Good wifi.

Well, as stated above, I did not expect too much. However, there was serious deficit of windows in the room, making it a bit of a cell. My stay would have been much more pleasant if I had a good view of the city and surrounding hills.

The size of rooms was decent with the relatively low price point. On top of that, the receptionist was able to converse in comprehensible English... The location was superb... don’t know what to eat? There’s a dim sum shop opposite the road (though we didn’t try out since it looked touristy)... but many (I mean really a lot) street foods available within walking distance...noodles, rice, fruits, desserts, etc. Thumbs up for that. A nice pork (and chicken) rice nearby...

The toilet door was unable to be locked and it looked quite old.

The room is large and comfy. There are lots of channels you can watch and although the staffs could not speak English that much, but they are very friendly and helpful on getting us to places we want to go.

The water heater does not have any controller. It is an automatic heating water. Kettle is only provided subject to request (you need to put deposit of 300 THB upon usage).

Spacious room. Accommodating staff. Near to shopping centers.

The bathroom was found with fungus on the ceiling with bad fungus smell. We have to keep the bathroom door closed. However the staff was accommodating and changed our rooms the next day. One of the receptionist knows little English. Need to offer laundry service.

No doubt the cleanliness of the bedrooms, fragrant and large. very comfortable to stay with family and friends.

stagnant water after bathing. take a very long time to get off completely. this only happen to room on the fifth floor.

Clean spacious rooms. Friendly reception and fast check-in. Airport transfer. Nearby Diana shopping mall. few meters way from dim sum, street food, 7-11.

Dim toilet lights. A bit far from town center, need to hail tuk tuk.

Die Betten waren super.

Bad war alt und gammelig, Personal sprach kein Englisch, waren aber trotzdem bemüht.

Hat alles super gepasst. Personal war total hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber und richtig groß.

Останавливались на одни сутки, проездом через этот город. Отель находится не далеко от вокзала, откуда отправляются автобусы во все направления, так что было удобно. Отель не большой, чистый, простой. Нам понравился, за недорогие деньги.

Расположена отлично! Персонал внликолепный
